Incubating at 102* = Mostly Female Hatch?

I read this and was wondering if it's true. Once I get an incubator, I hope to do this! Has it worked for anyone?

It doesn't work on chickens, and that high of a temp would kill most of your eggs. Temp needs to be around 99-100.5. Lower for a fan, higher for still air.
