incubating chicken eggs what do i do when the hatch

hi so this is my first time incbating any thing and im tying to learn has much has i can when the eggs start to hatch do i take the out with the incubator that im getting it has the holder for the egg and i dont want the chick to faal in a hole this is the incubator im getting https://www.amazon.com/Incubator-Di...68&sr=8-7&keywords=incubator+for+chicken+eggs what do i do with the chick where should i put it in a border thanks for all input and tips

The chicks are supprizlingly almost the exact same size as the egg but if you can take that priece out on day 18 that would be good because they don't need to be turned then anyway
