If you need to add water during the last 3 days, most incubators have vent holes, you can use a straw, a syringe, etc. It will be easier to set up the process now, before you start your incubation. I linked some bendy type straws together to aim the water where I want it.

Beautiful rooster, by the way!

(personally, I don't do "lockdown" anymore... I open the lid many times over the 21 days, right up to the end, even during hatching)
