Incubating Chickens in a town that forbids Chickens?

So basically your not intending to raise any of them but just hatching them to sell ?

Where did you get your eggs from ?

I am going to get my eggs from a farm down the road. They have lots of chickens. Rhode Island Reds. They are allowed to have chickens since they live on the border of two towns, one of which allows chickens. My town does not allow chickens which is why I can only hatch them.
