If they are fully formed but die before hatching, it could be because they drowned when they pipped the air cell. If the humidity is too high during incubation, condensation can build up in the air cell and when the chicks internally pip they drown.

Everything went great i have 7 chicks and one died first week and one died i wanna say before day 18 but 7 alive out of 9 i think is a great hatch rate
