Incubating duck eggs- advice pretty please.

Oh I know it’s about being patient and it takes time. I won’t be interfering any time soon, think I’m just worried as the odds have been against us a lot.
The lady who sent us the eggs couldn’t promise us fertility as it was late in season- yet we managed 8, all were shipped so we knew that lessened chances of us making it this far , yet all 8 made it too lockdown despite saddled or loose air cells. We’ve been told chances are slim we will get a good hatch so I find my self full of nerves.

One looks like it’s pipping , is that right place?

In all honesty, I have no clue. The one I thought, well I’m pretty sure it had internally pipped and peeped is the same but now the one next to it looks like it’s externally pipped but possibly wrong side ?!

If you look closely, in the shadow area which I’m presuming is the duckling the shell has chipped a little

Yes, that is a pip! The duckling will be moving about a bit, so the shadow may not be where we expect. Is the pip slightly nearer to the broad end of the egg? I can't quite tell, but I think it is.

What do you mean broad end ? It’s fat end at bottom.

Forgot to say they are day 27 now. I put them in at 9am on a morning at counted that as day 0.

I have just noticed that in the last hour the incubator has gone from 37.5 too 37.2 ish. Will that be ok or shall I adjust it back up a notch

The thermostat may allow that 0.3 degree of temperature change, and is likely to now adjust back. Don't worry unless it keeps falling.
The pip is near the right end, so that is good. The duckling may rest before doing any more, or it may zip fast.
