incubating duck eggs need help

duck eggs dont hatch till day 28 and need to stay at a temp of 99.5.sorry if this doesnt help alot.

I don't know what happening to eggs see the oozing in them

They are bad get them out, they will exploded and it smells horrible

How far along are they? If they are no more than 2 weeks I doubt they are just really bad.
