Just incubated 11 duck eggs at 37.5 and humidity 60-65 and none hatched so need some tips

Were they fertile? And did you ccalibrate your thermometer and salt test your hydrometer before incubating?

I don’t know what a salt test is but I changed the temperature before starting yes
