Incubating duck eggs

I put 8 duck eggs in the incubator last Tuesday and all are fertile and growing good but some of them the embryo is down really close to the air pocket and idk if thats bad or if they will be okay.

Personally I think everything should be fine... On the other hand,,,, there is not much that I know to do about that. Do you turn the eggs, or on an automatic turner??

it has an automatic turner but i turn them when i candle them anyways
