Incubating Duck Eggs

I am still new to this incubating thing. I bought 12 turkey & 11 duck eggs from someone. I didnt even realize until I got home that he said there was muscovy & other ducks in there and he isnt sure which is which. If my research is right, muscovy take 35 days, where regular ducks take 28 days. When should I put the eggs into lockdown? If I do it on day 25, will it hurt the muscovys?

I've never hatched anything other than chickens and quail, but do recommend that the turkey and duck eggs go into different incubators because I'm fairly certain turkey and waterfowl eggs have rather different humidity requirements.

well, I have them at about 30ish percent humidity. The guy I got them from hatches everything together (guineas, quail, turkeys, ducks, chickens, geese, etc) I dont know how he does it. I can easily split them up into different incubators if I have to. He doesnt even monitor humidity, just fills a pan with water & sets it in. So far, it says humidity can be around 30 percent for both, but Im still researching. I had bad luck with regular incubation, so Im attempting dry incubation this time.
