So I have a dozen eggs in my incubator. It's been 4 days since set. I've candled some and they clearly have developed. There are a few that I can't see any development (blood vessels or embryo) do I leave them in the incubator or do I remove them? I'm not sure what to do. Give them a few more days?

Leave them in until you are absolutely sure, at least until day 7 if not day 10. Some embryos are harder to see than others.

Good luck with your hatch.

You could join the Easter Hatch-a-long. There's a bit of leeway as to when eggs are due to hatch so your eggs would definitely qualify (if they are chicken eggs). There are lots of helpful members there who can help you out and answer questions too (plus a lot of good humoured chit chat). Here's the link: https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/12th-annual-byc-easter-hatch-along.1444337/

Hope to see you there.
