Its day 21 and I have no movement or pipping, is this a problem?

Give them a bit longer. Eggs don't always hatch exactly on time, even in perfect conditions, like under a broody, I've had late hatches.

Day 23/ almost 24 And no pips, not even internal pips - I will just wait and see
