Incubating eggs /hatching

Hi,
Im wondering will ckn eggs pretty much hatch on day 21?if not how many days do I wait? How long does it take for a chick once it pips to fully hatch?.
This is my 3rd attempt at incubating with no sucess previous,so I want sucess this try....

On average it takes 21 days, but some hatch sooner and some later. I've had an egg hatch on day 25. Under a broody. After external pip it could take a chick up to 24 hours to complete the hatch, though the average is more like 8 hours. There are some great incubating tips and info here:
