Can't remember where I saw an article on heat of eggs whilst incubating making a difference between getting roos or not and wondered if anyone knows anything about artificially incubating eggs and the difference temperature makes please?

99.8 is ideal temp.

in chicken eggs temp cannot be changed to alter the sex of the chick.

in reptiles you can change it by lowering or raising temp.

Thank you Feedman77; now I remember you were right reptiles, not birds! Yes we work in Centigrade which converts 99.8 Fahrenheit to 36.66 Centigrade which is what I have used to 100% success rate; thank you for confirming!
