Incubating eggs laid after moulting

Can I start saving eggs for incubation right after they finsh moulting and start lay or i must wait few weeks?

You might want to check an egg or 2 to make sure they've been fertilized. Oftentimes birds don't want to mate while they're molting.

Good to know so when tehy start lay ing again how long shoud i wait in your opinion?

Oh thank you , i have Flock od 15 hens and 4 who are my best laying hens and best body structure gone into molt month ago so thats why i will wait for them ..Vouge is only one that i think Will soon strat laying again. So i want know can i incubate right after or i must wait. Here are poor ladies in big moulting

He is , but he is some weird mix.. his dad was aracuana and his mom was mix naked neck with with Jersey ginat ..so he is weird looking bird but he is best rooster i ever had .. Always gave me beautifulll chiks wich grow big Like Jersey ginat and who lay colored eggs. Thats why Mr Jon Snow is keeper even he sometimes looks crazy

He's handsome! I love NN's and have one so I find them to be uniquely beautiful. After learning your roosters name, I'm going to guess that you're a fellow GoT fan?

I'd maybe wait a week. Do some fertility checks while waiting since you don't want to waste your time if the male isn't feeling like doing his job.

My birds usually don't go through noticeable molts, and when they do, the others that lay the same color egg are still laying with them, so I can't ever tell who's killing and laying and who's laying but not molting. I grab the eggs I want, shove as many as I can under other birds and just wait 3 weeks and hope for the best
