i was wondering if you treat hens for upper respiratory illness if you can still collect their eggs for the incubator to hatch out

I think the opinion varies. The chemicals may damage the chicks inside of the egg or cause deformities. I hope this helps: https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/723275/hatching-eggs-from-medicated-hens

Best of luck!

This is just my opinion, so take it or leave it, but I wouldn't hatch eggs from birds with upper respiratory infections whether they're being treated or not. Chickens don't just get colds, they get chronic respiratory infections. Its never a good idea to hatch eggs from a flock that isn't healthy to begin with.

Best of luck.

Not the whole flock just a few but treating all of them to be safe but appreciate all of your help
