Incubating eggs

If all goes well and they are suppose to hatch on day 21 when do they start pipping.

My first egg pipped last night at 10:52 p.m. est and at 10:02 a.m. this morning (day 21) he hatched. Shortly before the hatch another egg pipped and the third egg has not.

Here is the first chick. I've named it Touchdown. The egg next to him(?) Is a Lemon Buff egg that pipped when he started hatching. He has rolled it so I can no longer see the hole.
