I have incubated 48 eggs in an incubator and kept the temperature at 37.5 celsius and the humidity at 55% for the first 18 days then at 65% for the remaining days. It is now day 22 and no signs of hatching or even any chirping or sounds inside the egg. I have candled some of them and they have definitely developed but will wait till at least day 26 as I have read on here, however could it be something I have done wrong that they have not hatched yet?

Also wanted to ask when I leave the chicks in the incubator to allow them to dry once they hatch, do I leave the humidity and temperature the same? or should I lower the temperature of the incubator to room temperature?
Many thanks

Only lower the temperature by a couple degrees. Room temperature for baby chicks is no good.
My first guess is that your thermometers are wrong.
There are many other problems that could be the reason as well. Breeder fertility and nutrition among them.
