incubating eggs

Im new to incubating and i usually turn my eggs 2 times per day, once in the morning, and once in the afternoon. Does this sound right?

Three would be better, but two is okay.

You want to do it an odd number of times per day (3 or 5) so the growing embryo ends up resting on an opposite side at the end of each day.
