I have been incubater Coturnix Quail eggs, and 2 of my chickens just layed eggs that I'm pretty sure are fertile... I was wanting to know what I should put the temp and humidity on. Right now I have it on 99.5 to 100 for the temp, and 50% for the humidity... should I change anything?

No need to change anything temp and humifity are right for chicks

the only issue will be lockdown

Chicks take 21 days to hatch

Unless you have an extra bator you can use as hatcher
remember you will raise the humidity for the eggs you have there now

while the chicken eggs will not be ready

My quail eggs have like 3 days to go so I'll just wait... thanks.

Good idea to wait , make sure incubator is clean & sun dry before you set the chicken eggs

store your chicken eggs in a nice fresh area if posible put them in a egg carton small end down and tilt one side of the carton 2 times a day switching sides.
