Incubating guinea eggs

I started with 45, day 10 was down to 31 good fertilized eggs. Air cells looked great. Then day 14, air cells grew and looked great. Babies were moving... now it is day 21. I candles again because there were 1 or 2 I wasnt sure about. Well there were 11 that stopped developing! Temp has been 99.5 humidity started at 35% now am around 55%. So much different information! I am using a Hovobator 1588. Did I kill them? Ugh so frustrated.
