Incubating guineas

Hi, we have a pair of guineas & she's laying. I'd like to Incubate them. Do I just take them & wash & set in the incubator? Or does the egg have to be a certain temperature before I do? Thanks for your advice.

If the eggs aren't filthy, don't wash them. If you do wash them, you need to sterilize them.

I recommend that you collect the eggs for at least a week at a time before you add them to the incubator. Hatching Eggs 101 by @Sally Sunshine is an excellent guide to everything needed to know for hatching eggs in general. It has a section on the storing of hatching eggs as well as sections on all other facets of hatching.
