Oh, and that guy you made a comment about that you said "doesn't have complete freedom because he's got a job"? Yah, as far as I can tell he's pretty happy, so I doubt him starting his own business is something he'd want.

I wish I could say… WASH YOUR DANG HANDS AFTER YOU USE THE BATHROOM, PEOPLE!!!!!!! The amount of people I encounter in public places who don’t is, frankly, quite disgusting and astounding.

Yup - I wish I could tell the guys to WIPE UP THE DRIBBLES ON THE FLOOR AFTER YOU PEE!

(Oh wait - ya I already did! Oh course they ignore me. So - I spray enough bleach around to choke said Elephant, and let the smell permittee through their offices. )

It is going up every day and over here there is a shortage of diesel fuel!

My car uses 91 unlead and I am shopping closure to home, not travel anywhere further. On the news that builders are charging surcharge for fuel cost to their customers, and our postal services have talk of same for delivery.

Australia is same like America a big land country so driving is an essential thing.

I put $100 in Ol Blue yesterday. Put the tank at half full yes I was driving on fumes.

Should have just filled the poor old thing up full and not looked at the cost. Tonight if the price is still were it was I’ll just fill up full.

Thankfully we are heading into warm weather so I won’t need heating fuel much longer.

Wish I could say the price was going down soon!

Wish I could say that you're a literal CMO and make at least quadruple my salary and also a grown ass adult and I shouldn't have to hold your hand through how to do your job. I can only imagine what all their wives go through with this level of faked incompetence

I worked at a ski resort and we had a bunch of teens (17, 18, 19..) workomg there.

At year end I implemented job evaluations and you wouldn’t believe how many parents called up wanting to ‘discuss’ the fact their kid did so poorly.

My reply was ‘I am sorry ma’am but ‘Mikey’ is 18 if he has questions he can drop by and have a chat, I cannot discuss employee matters without his permission’. Sheesh!

When I was 19 I was training to be a Nurse dealing with death! Good thing I am a farm girl and already dealt with that stuff! One day I was invited to sit in on a surgery. Hysterectomy - after about 40 min I thanked the Dr and team. They asked if I was ok, I told them I had seen this surgery so many times before…. I explained I worked in a Veterinary clinic and saw at least 4 dog and cat spays a day. They all stopped and stared at me. I told them - same procedure. They all laughed.

Then cheeky thing I was I told them I also was well versed in neutering - the nurses all laughed - dr not so much

Something to be said for 4 weeks paid vacation, sick days and benefits.
