I've had all my great hatches with humidity at close to 30% the first 18 days and 73% the lockdown days. My new rcom 20 eco only goes down to 40%, and up to 65%. What do I do? It's electronically controlled.

Hmm, tough question. The only thing I can suggest is give it a try, maybe the difference is small enough it won't matter.Good luck.

I was doing the same until I had a bad hatch with bantam eggs. I don't know what you're incubating but a friend of mine has really good success (for LF...she doesn't do bantams) at 56-60%, all through incubation AND hatching! I don't know if it will work for me but it would work for your bator...good luck!

I think I found the magic button-the bator does go all the way down. So it's set at 32%, just where I like it.

Conservachick, I tried bantams twice, and both times didn't do well. I got half or less.
