We made the switch to geothermal energy for our home last month & couldn't be happier. :D Now I don't know how many folks have this kind of system, but it does make incubating in an LG incubator (or any basic incubator for that matter) a whole lot easier, less stressful. :) I had horrible temp spikes last year with our wood/oil furnace, but not anymore. Ambient humidity is very low this time of year, but humidity in the 'bator is maintained in the proper range all day. I just need to add a bit of hot water before bed every night. I'm so relieved & hubby too! ;) I just wanted to share my discovery & see if others have experienced similar results with geothermal. :)

Very Smart move on your part to use geothermal.

I second the thumbs up for geothermal....but it might have been a bit less expensive to invest in a better incubator!!! Lol
