Incubating Serama eggs

This is my first time incubating Serama eggs. I’m incubating 12 eggs in 2 Brinsea’s
I’ve read they can hatch earlier than the normal 21 days (18?) My question is if this is the case when should I lockdown?

I just got done hatching Serama eggs 2 days ago, I did my lockdown on day 17. They hatched on day 20. Here some fluff pictures.
