Incubating Silkie Eggs

The silkie eggs are on day 20 and were locked down at day 18. Humidity for lockdown at 65%. One pipped through the shell and I saw it at 7am although it may have been that way longer. It hasn’t done anything for the last 6 hours. Just a little hole in the shell. One other has some shell missing but the membrane doesn’t look broken through for about 4-5 hours. The other 8 eggs haven’t done anything yet. Is that normal?

When my last two made that first pip hole, 12 hours or so went by before they did much else besides maybe make the hole a bit bigger. Then out of nowhere they zipped and were out!

After 29 hours of no progress, the one that pipped hatched in 45 minutes. One other egg has a recent hole in it and the one that has a pip but membrane not broken has been like that for more than 24 hours.

Do I need to put a little hole in the membrane of the one that pipped but didn’t break the membrane? It’s been like that for more than 24 hours.
