Hatching

As far as I understand it, the eggs from an Appleyard duck should take 28 days to hatch. My eggs have been in for 29 days now and still no sign of any hatching. I dry incubated them until day 25 when I added water and went into lock down. I weighed the eggs before putting them in the incubator and again at day 25 and found most of them had lost about 25% rather than the 14% I've seen suggested. Only one egg had lost 15%. I've candled them all and only a couple seem empty whereas most are 2/3 dark with an air sack. How long should I give them to hatch? Is it worth re-candling and looking for movement?
Thanks,
Steve.
