As I do not own an actual incubator, I have attempted to make an incubator with just a glass bowl. I have the eggs on a grid like surface so they don't roll around and a glass bowl around the eggs. I have water in there along with a hygrometer to tell me the temperature and humidity. I heat it up with a heat lamp hanging over top of it. So I have some questions.
1. Do you think this 'incubator' will work?
2. I try to keep the temperature at around 95-102 Degrees Fahrenheit and I try to keep the humidity between 40%-50%, is this good enough?
3. And lastly. does the temperature need to be raised during days 19-Hatching day?
Thanks. I'm really hoping this make-shift incubator works. I have seen something in there which I am hoping is the embryo, I'm on day 9-10.
