Incubating time

Getting my incubator ready, any tips for my first hatch? These eggs should be fertilized, unless my rooster has been slacking lol

I just hatched my first this weekend. got 16 out of 18 chicks and 12 out of 22 quail. I am already planning another batch this weekend. Just make sure your thermometers are calibrated correctly. Apparently mine were not and started hatching 2 days before they were due. All chicks are healthy other then two who seem to be weak and have splayed leg but ill take those odds for my first hatch!
