I've had someone give me eggs, and am not sure how long to incubate turkeys and guinnes. Could someone give me some info please.

Thanks

I'm on like day 7-8 on my guineas and I incubate them just like chicken eggs. Turkeys I'm not sure about.

I have not set turkey eggs in years. We did it a few times but my former in-laws had turkeys every year. Tons of turkey. So it wasn't a big deal and we always had turkey anyway. One things I noticed about the turkeys is that they are more prone to physical deformity if the temps or the humidity aren't kept at formal consistancy.

Thanks all, my problem right now is my bator is occupied until the end of next week. The person who gave me the eggs is going to give me the top from a stryrofoam bator. Hopefully I can make a hatcher from it. So I can go ahead and put these in the bator. Could loose either way they were free.

turkeys are 28days and guinea depend on temp- 26-28 days.. i hatch them every year.. if you hatch the guinea keets do not let them get wet or damp first 2 weeks or so . make sure they have good heat source and put guinea keet or a chick in with the turkeys so they teach the turkeys to eat and drink..
