incubating - without an incubator

If you have a look at my home made incubator on my thread 'Egg Incubating Fiasco', I managed to hatch 4 out of 4 (1 with help from me) after my girls incubated around half way and then gave up. Maybe it could work for you, though I'm not sure how different the result would have been if I'd have had to incubate from the beginning though...
