what is the huminidy have to be to not drown my eggs? what is the tempeture have to be to not over heat? please help!!!!

Incubate at 99* on the nose as much as possible. 99.5 is also good.

During incubation, humidity ought to be 35-40%. During final 3 days before estimated hatch (for chickens,quail, pheasent, and guinea) up humidiy to 70-75% for idea. With waterfowl, don't up humiity until the first one has pipped internally.
