hi all im a noob just a ? i have jn12 incubator with 25 quail eggs in it set temp at 38 c but has droped to 37.9 after day 3 is that still ok at that temp?

You should be incubating in a forced air incubator at 37.6 Celcius. Around 38 Celcius for still air incubators. You should be fine with 37.9
