I opened all the eggs - only yolk and albumin. One had a few dark red/black spots (see picture) but looked the same as you would normally find in nonfertile eggs at times.
I placed a thermometer/hygrometer in the incubator and after 24 hours the humidity looks ok but the temp hasn’t gone over 98.2.
I have new eggs from a different source coming this weekend. Should I use the same incubator and raise the temp (around 101) to compensate for the lower actual temp? Or should I return the incubator (return window ends May 20) and try a new one?
