Incubation... Help!!!

OK so I need some advice because frankly, I'm feeling kinda hopeless.
I am incubating 64 eggs. 32 are due like now and 32 are do in another week... The are not hatching. Usually I have chicks hatch early but now I have no signs of piping and noise and it is day 21. I have candled and they are growing and developed but they are not hatching and I am getting nervous.
It is a new incubator so it came with presettings for humidity and temp. They are growing but are not hatching... What should I do??

Sometimes new incubators have the wrong temperature- it is always good to have another thermometer in there. If the temp was only off maybe 1 degree they miiiight only hatch a bit later. If it was off even more they probably won't hatch, I'm sorry to say.

It is set at 37.8 c and 65 humidity
