The temp and humidity in my incubator are all correct, but my mother and I seem to be having issues with chick's only half developing or developing, piping and dieing, or developing not piping and dieing in the egg. I have had to help at least 15 chick's out and we have lost quiet a few. It's very upsetting. Is there something we are doing wrong and can fix? Or maybe it's the eggs? Please help and thank you

Hi :welcome

Glad you could join us here! Have you double checked with a known to be correct thermometer and hygrometer that your temp and humidity is reading correctly? It certainly could be the eggs that are the problem. Many things can affect the hatch rate of eggs.
# How they are stored prior to incubation.
# Parent bird genetics and age.

# Quality of the eggs ie shell quality, yolk and albumen.

Everyone very friendly and I'm sure they will be able to help you further. There are also some very helpful notes and links in the first post.

Good luck with your future hatches :fl
