incubation issues

So i had first go at incubating eggs.none hatched and as we were on our first try we opened the eggs to see if we had any kind of progression. We had 5 eggs with very formed chicks but the yolk was still there on all 5 any advice to why or how this happems

Did you incubate full term? On what day did you decide to open up the eggs? Did you raise your humidity and open all vents wide open at lock down? What was your temp and humidity levels during incubation?
