incubation probles......please help

hi this is the 1st time i have been breeding silkies i have 6 eggs in the incubator tht we borroed from my moms friend. its a still air one and only the heater gets part its up really high and the eggs have just started getting war i have to turn them in an hour so i will post how warm they are. will the survive? one egg i candeled yesterday and the head was in the air cell. so i predicted that my little lonely chickky will have a sibling soon? please help why arnt the eggs getting warm?
 
if you have had the lid open it will take them about 2 hours to get warm again
 
okay well they have not been war just like a mixture of cold and hot they are kinda cold to the touch and worried a lot
 
just make sure the temp is right it may need a few adjustments
 
all three thermoters say its right but it feels cold in there.............the humity is perfect but the temp i dont thing soo.....
 
okay well i have been trying to get the temp up but do not want to cook them i have motering the tep very closely. the instructions say keep it at 90 degrees
 
what incubator do you have that says to have the temp at 90?
still air should be around 101-102
