Incubation Process Question

Or could I put the 2nd batch in a few later then the first. Then when ever I take a chick out from the 1st batch quickly turn the second batch?
 
Sorry for all the replies! Or could I put an egg in the incubator every other day I get one? I am hatching peafowl so it every other day. I am try to figure out the most efficient way to hatch more then 1 batch at a time.
