Incubation Question re Age of Mama Hens

Hi! My Hens started laying eggs in September 2021 so they've only been laying for approximately 7 months. Can I incubate their eggs or should I wait until they've been laying longer (eg 1 year or more?)
Thanks in advance for any advice you guys can give!!!
 
How many hens and roosters do you have?
