Alrighty so I candled my eggs and are the embryos supposed to be seen from one side only at this point?

There is one egg with feces stuck on the shell from egg gathering, should I toss it?

All the veins are bright and vivid.

Don't worry about whats going on in the eggs. Mostly with coturnix eggs all you get is "see through" and "not see through" after a full week of incubating. Leave the one with the poop on it. It's too late to make a difference to it now and it may suffer no ill effects.

Just wipe the poop with a damp paper towel. I did that to one of my button quail eggs that had a lot of droppings on it. It's developing perfectly fine now :)

When removing poop from an egg you shouldn't use any water. It will remove the bloom allowing bacteria to penetrate the shell easier. Instead use a small piece of sand paper or scrape with your fingernail. Only clean them before setting, once they begin to develop, hands off.
