Incubation Success!!!

A couple years ago I had bought some local eggs from a store, and had a good hatch. I set only blue eggs they were all black chicks. That year I had to quickly rehome them because we had fires in our area.
This last spring I was at the same store, and the same farm eggs were for sale. This time I set 3 cartons. (Thinking they all would not hatch, but they did. Almost. 34/36) below I have those eggs, plus 2 of my own that had a diff hatch date.

The chicks in this batch were either brown striped, or black. One was silver. I think she is EE/LO She lays a tan egg. I kept her and a few others.

Now I have 13 eggs incubating, 12 are in lockdown, one is still dry incubating in a separate incubator. They are on day 18/19 and this day is always boring since nothing happens but the wait.

Awesome Hatch rate and thanks for sharing the pics! Intention is to keep all the hens and right now I've convinced myself I have 4. Was told to buy a lottery ticket if I have 9 hens 😆
