Incubation Surprise

Hello guys. I incubated my eggs on 24th March and today is on 8th which means that it is on day 16 hatch day. So i was adding water to my incubator and i heard a pipping sound and i was shocked like how comes on day 16. So i opened the incubator not only to hear the piping from the egg but the chick was already out. So my question is, how is this possible and should i remove it immediately because the temp and humidity on hatch day are different and the rollers are still rolling to turn the eggs?

I would turn off your turners and up the humidity! If the one hatched early it’s likely the others aren’t far behind.

Today's actually day 15 if you set on the 24th, if these are chickens, somethings wrong. When did you last candle?

Could a hen have sat on them prior to collecting?

I would turn off your turners and up the humidity! If the one hatched early it’s likely the others aren’t far behind.

But they are 16days of which they need that turning more until date 18. Or should i now do manual turning?

No i collected all of them fresh from the farm

No .i got the eggs fresh from the farm where they were laid
