Incubation Upgrade Kit

I went today to get everything to set up my new bator, and i got everything for arround $15. I went to wal-Mart and got the $12 acurite, and the water wiggler for $.80, then i went to big lots and got six feet of shelf liner for $.90. Yea

Now i need some eggs

You know, the company that makes the water wiggler's for Walmart probably thinks that their toys are getting more and more popular with the kids!!! Little to they know. . .

Can I please ask what the shelf liner is for?

1. You put it over the wire bottom, when turning the eggs they dont roll all over the wire.
2. Chicks have a comfy place to hatch on instead of hard wire.

Thanks so much. I'm planning to incubate for the 1st time in February and didn't know about the shelf liner. I'll be sure to get some.
