If a duck hen is brooding some eggs and its really hot outside (33 degrees (Celsius)) will that effect the eggs and 'over incubate' them??

They will probably be fine - I've seen ducks and chickens actually just get up and stand over the eggs when it gets really hot so that they don't roast them.
