I made a Miss Prissy diy incubator. Everything works good, but there is too much of a temperature difference from one side of the bator to the other. It has a computer fan in it, fairly close to the heat source which is a light bulb. No problem getting the temp up to or over 100, but one side will be 100.2 and other 96.5/8. This isn't acceptable if I'm going to pay out money for eggs. I thought about putting in another fan on the opposite side of the bator. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks.

You either need 2 light bulbs or another fan. Try the fan since the other blows it one way a second will distribute the heat better.
