My Brinsea Eco 20 came in today. I have been setting aside eggs since Thursday and now have 44. Should hit 60 tomorrow. Can't wait to set them.

Should I start tomorrow or wait a day of two?

You should start your incubator today and get use to it

make sure all works fine before you set your eggs

better be safe than sorry

Plug in your bator, add water to one well in and get it up to temp. Most likely you will have to pinch the air vent down to get anywhere near 45% - 50% humidity. May not get it up with just one well full. This is a trait of the newer models. I have to fill both wells in mine and pinch the vent all the way closed before I can get 48% humidity. Just be sure your pre-set temp is right BEFORE you set eggs. You dont want to monkey around with it and chase the temp back and forth with eggs set.... Your gonna love this bator!! Good luck . Bill

There's No Getting Used To A Brinsea Octagon, And No Make Sure It Holds Steady Either.... These Things Are The Ron Popiel's "set It And Forget It" Of Cadillac Table Top Incubators. These Arent Coolerbator Junk... They Are Professional Grade Hatching Machines

It's Preset And Ready To Go! Add Water And Eggs, Plug It In And Go Mark Your Calendar.

Just a cautionary note. When I got my Octagon 20 when I ran it first the temp was set at about 104. I had to turn it down some to get below 100.
