Should i just give up on them or try and help them out and if they are alive get them into brooder

So is your incubator not working at all or did the temp just drop. I would never give up till day 25, you would be amazed at how resilient eggs and chicks are.

Temp under a brooder lamp gets real hot - real fast if light is too close to chicks or eggs. If you do pull to put them under it don't walk away until you are 100% sure temp is OK and not too hot. Good Luck hope they hatch for you.
