Incubator fan....?

I installed an fan onto my LG incubator and i was wondering if my fan should be pulling air in or pushing air out through the top?

It's to circulate the air inside.

It should have a gap between it an the top but it should blow up.

fan blows up just to keep the air inside the bator moving dont use it to blow air in or out just move the air around inside

Well depending which way i wire the fan it either pulls air in through the top or wired the other way it pushes air out of the incubator. So i was just wondering what way to keep it wired?

I tried searching on internet but found nothing...

is there a hole or holes through the top directly lined up with the fan ? if so stop them up the fan should NOT BE A VENT either way it blowes .
